Everything in Standard Garden is reachable from the keyboard. This page is the map of the fast paths.

The Gate (Command Palette)

Cmd+K / Ctrl+K — or type :: anywhere. Every feature lives behind a command: ::login, ::api, ::share, ::export, ::resume, ::raw, ::help… Full list: Command Palette Reference.

And a secret that isn’t one: every ::command printed in these docs is clickable — it opens the Gate pre-filled. The documentation is a control panel.

Your API key

::api shows your key (sg_…). It unlocks the three programmatic clients:

• Obsidian plugin — the recommended workflow, desktop and mobile
• REST API — publish from anything that can fetch
• CLI — publish from the terminal

Raw view

Every note has a plain-markdown twin at /{slug}/raw (or ::raw while reading). Your writing is never locked in.

Export

Your garden is yours, wholesale:

• ::export — current note as .md
• ::export-with-attachments — note + images as ZIP
• ::export-my-garden — the entire garden as a ZIP of markdown files

Deep linking

Select any passage in a note and share a link that scrolls to and highlights exactly that text — see Deep Linking.

Resume

::resume reopens the last page you were reading. The garden remembers where you left off — locally, privately, in your browser.
